Bearded brothers Liam and Siôn Rickard launched their latest project "Lo-fi Jones" at Folk Marathon Ghent '19/'20. Since then, they've played gigs and festivals all over their native Wales, won Battle of the Folk Bands in the National Eisteddfod 2023 and "best traditional singing and song" at the Pan-Celtic Festival 2024 in Ireland, competed in the final of Cân i Gymru (a song for Wales) on Welsh television, and released 2 EPs.
5 years since their debut, they're very excited to be returning to Folk Marathon to party with old friends and share their quirky songs in Welsh and English. Siôn (vocal, harmonica, accordion, whistle) and Liam (guitar, vocals) will be accompanied by Lewis Williamson on fiddle and Michael Ekeghasi on percussion.
